We will be highlighting to bounty of the Inland Northwest with a THREE COURSE DINNER on Saturday, February 6th, 2016.
Join us February 6th, 2016 at 7pm for delicious three-course Local Foods Dinner and an informal conversation about cooperatives and their role in local communities. This meal is part of the Cultivating Cooperative Roots conference and will also be attended by conference attendees. We welcome you to come to dinner and talk with conference goers and learn more about cooperative businesses and the roles they play in economic systems, access to local food, and social justice. Come by yourself or reserve a table for you and your friends! Individual tickets = $25. Table of 10 = $200
We will have a special guest speaker from the Inland Northwest share their views and leave us all feeling more inspired! We are using local resources as much as possible throughout the entire conference and are especially pleased to offer this sumptuous meal. The menu is still being created as we work with local farmers, producers, and businesses to secure seasonal items. We are close to a final menu though so check back soon!
If you are vegetarian, vegan, gluten fee, or even an omnivore, don’t worry, we have you covered!
